⭑Kitchen and Dining Area:

✔The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, stove, oven and more. 

✔Cooking basics such as pots, pans, utensils, oil, salt & pepper are provided. 

✔The bar area is perfect for family meals, games, or relaxing to enjoy the sunrise.

✔Fast WiFi to ensure you can stream and take video calls from multiple devices and throughout the property. 

⭑Living Room:

✔The living room is a welcoming cozy space with 2 comfortable couches, an oversized chair and a 43” HDTV with streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney, etc. 

✔Enjoy some down time with a small selection of reading material, cards and games for your leisure, or simply relax & enjoy the beautiful ocean views, or your private planetarium in the evenings. 

⭑Master Bedroom:

✔ The master bedroom boasts a spacious layout with a queen size bed, elegant hand made dressers and breathtaking ocean views from the bed & bath. 

✔ Enjoy the convenience of a private attached bathroom for your added comfort and privacy.

✔ More than ample closet space to hang or store your belongings during your stay.

✔The second bedroom / office features a full size Murphy bed, and a desk with a court yard / garden view. 

✔ Built in storage in Murphy bed for clothes &/or luggage. Closet space is available above the bed, or in the main closet near the bathroom.

⭑Home Safety and Security:

✔The house is equipped with a smoke extinguisher and on-grounds Watchee / security / caretaker and boat captain for guest safety and convenience. 

 ✔First aid kits are made available for your safety. 

✔ For the safety of our guests, security cameras monitor the entry & exit points of the property.  * The security camera footage is only reviewed in the event of a reported safety concern. 

⭑Entertainment and Connectivity:

✔For your convenience, free WiFi is provided at the highest speed available on the island. 

✔Fast WiFi to ensure you can stream 4k videos and attend video calls on multiple devices throughout the property.

⭑ AC / Cooling:

✔New AC units in the master bedroom and kitchen / living room.  *Given the solar system restrictions, only 1 unit can be run at a time.

✔Long term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.
